Do you deliver and set up rental traffic control equipment in DFW?

Yes. We deliver across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Rockwall counties — typically next business day for orders confirmed by 3 PM. Crewed setup per your Traffic Control Plan is available with a 4-hour minimum, or you can pick up and self-deploy from our yard.

How much does it cost to rent barricades, cones, or VMS boards?

Rentals are billed daily (1–6 days), weekly (7 days, roughly 3× daily), or monthly (28 days, roughly 3× weekly). Final pricing depends on quantity, duration, delivery distance, and whether you need crewed setup. Send us your list and we'll return an itemized same-day quote.

What's the minimum rental period?

One day is the minimum on all line items. Small orders of drums, cones, or signs under 25 units are subject to a small-order minimum. Most jobs go out on a weekly or monthly window.

How do returns and pickups work?

Notify us 24 hours before you want equipment picked up and we'll dispatch a truck. Billing stops the day equipment is recovered or returned to our DFW yard during business hours. Equipment left on site without a pickup request continues to accrue rental charges.

Can I cancel or change a rental order?

Cancellations 48+ hours before delivery are free. Inside 48 hours, a restocking + dispatch fee equal to one day's rental plus the trip charge applies. Quantity reductions mid-rental are welcome — billing stops on returned units the day they hit our yard.
